Daily Symptom Check

This health checker is used to help visitors know, based on their COVID vaccination/testing status and symptoms, if they can come to campus or if they should stay away. Based on your answers to the questions, the system will notify you that you are cleared to come to campus that particular day or that you are advised not to come to campus. While on campus, you may be stopped and asked to show proof (green checkmark clearance) that you have been cleared to be on campus that day. Even if you are cleared to come to campus that day, you understand that you are still at risk for exposure to COVID-19 due to its transmissibility, even among asymptomatic individuals.
